Bank withdrawals require a bank account registered under the same member's name. n57 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is a security measure to protect your funds.

N57 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms accompanying each promotion, and those terms should be read together with these general Terms.
Most bonuses at n57 are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus value or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms. For example, a first deposit bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM2,000 before a withdrawal is permitted.

The results of all games and sports betting at n57 are final once confirmed by the system. For sports betting, results are based on official match sources and the relevant sports governing bodies. Any significant technical errors will be investigated fairly, and n57 reserves the right to void or adjust results based on solid evidence.
N57 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that clearly indicate a technical error or significant human error. In the event of such a cancellation, the bet amount will be fully refunded to your account balance with no deductions.
Every game and betting market on n57 has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits may vary by game, member VIP tier, and betting market. n57 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time, including for individual accounts, without providing reasons.

N57's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the total amount you have actually deposited into your account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method once all verification processes are completed.
N57 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances: evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of terms of use, request by legal authorities, failure to submit required KYC documents, or where n57 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used improperly.
